The website located at www.arrette.com (the "Site") is a copyrighted work belonging to Arrette, Inc. ("Arrette", "us", or "we"). Arrette provides a mobile drawing application and related services (collectively, "Arrette", the "Arrette app" or the "Arrette apps").

We collect Personal Information from you on our Site and when you use Arrette as described below.

The Arrette app also uses device location data and sends such device location data to Arrette. Using the settings for your device, you may opt out of sending device location data to Arrette, but some Arrette app features will not work in that case. If you opt out, Arrette will not receive your location data.

Arrette will retain usage statistics (e.g., app launch times, usage of app drawing features, etc.) on an individual basis. In addition, Arrette may create anonymous records that do not personally identify a Arrette user and use them for various purposes including analysis and reporting of usage patterns. Arrette reserves the right to use and disclose anonymous statistics for any purpose and to any third party in its sole discretion.

Our servers are located in the United States and as such your Personal Information may be available to the U.S. government or its agencies under a lawful order made in that country, irrespective of the safeguards we have put in place for the protection of your Personal Information.

These third parties may have limited access to databases of Site user information or registered member information solely for the purpose of helping us provide or improve the Site and Arrette and they will not be able to use the information about our members or visitors for any other purpose.
